Introducing How To Reboot
At some point towards the end of last year Mike and I were in the car (probably going to Sainsbury’s) brainstorming podcast ideas for our production company Low Key Audio. Somewhere along the way I threw out the idea of making a podcast that was all about how to ‘reboot’ different aspects of your life - movement, mindset, creativity, nutrition and relationships. We could get all sorts of interesting people and expects to share their experiences and advice with an amazing presenter and create something that would be really inspiring. Seven months later and this week we’re launching ‘How To Reboot’ - a brand new wellbeing podcast all about how to get a fresh start and reboot your approach to life!
Not Your Normal Wellbeing Podcast
This isn’t a wellbeing podcast talking about green juice and the latest exercise fad, there’s lots of those out there already, this is a podcast all about practical tips you can implement easily and that will make a real difference to your life. With guests like wellbeing specialist Chevy Rough, intuitive and health-first coach Tally Rye and dietician Charlie Watson everything you hear on How To Reboot is credible and grounded in years of learning and experience - you can trust what these people say. If you’ve explored my blog and my manifesto you know that I’m passionate about sharing not only my own experience, but research that supports why movement, mindset, gratitude and connection help you have more energy for life and live well in the world. I’m no different when it comes How To Reboot, and I am so proud of what we’ve managed to achieve with the series.

A Labour Of Love
Low Key Audio is a small independent production company that Mike and I run around our other work and family life, and How To Reboot has been a real labour of love that we’ve pulled together around lots of other commercial projects. The podcast market is dominated by huge players and producing and brand new series is a big risk for independents, we’re putting our own money and reputation on the line with this one! We are insanely lucky to have the amazing Emma-Louise Amanshia onboard as our presenter, her energy is amazing and she brings so much to each episode, we are so grateful that she’s taken a risk with us and jumped on board.
We’d really appreciate any feedback you have about How To Reboot, suggestions for great conversations Emma-Louise could have in the future and any other thoughts that you’d like to share.
